What does caribbeanorchids.com charge for shipping an order?

Puerto Rico and USA we use USPS Priority Shipping in all orchids orders. Ground Shipping is only available for non-perishable products.

If you prefer a new box for shipping, please note that we use recycled boxes . You may purchase a new box if desired. Click here to add new box

** Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. All expected delivery dates are provided on the checkout page. However, due to payment type, and that company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

At Caribbean Orchids, we require 2–3 business days to process orders before shipping.

Order processing & pickup schedule

Orders are processed every Sunday.

Logistics pickup takes place on Mondays.

Orders placed midweek (for example, on Wednesday) will be processed the following Sunday.

This schedule allows us to properly prepare, inspect, and package live orchids to ensure plant health during transit.

For Puerto Rico orders, starting January 14, 2026, live orchid shipments are handled through IWide.
PO Box addresses are not accepted; a physical address is required.

For orders shipped to the USA and USVI, packages are generally shipped via USPS. All orders shipped to the USA via any carrier are inspected by the USDA, as required by export laws.

If you prefer a different delivery carrier, an additional cost will apply. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this option.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package online.

Standard Shipping: 4–5 business days

Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

At this time orders may only be shipped to US States and Territories. Please keep in mind that using third-party shipping services is at your own risk.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Shipments can be sent PO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
